Whew, I'm in the middle of a one month long string of working every day, so you may not hear much from me for a little bit.
However, Nick and I are getting ready to sit down to a home cooked steak fajita dinner (along with Mexican Cokes!) to celebrate Cinco de Mayo! This celebration is partially thanks to Nick's mom who sent us wonderful birthday presents of Omaha steaks. It's funny how things work...the day before, Nick and I decided we were going to eat PB&J for the month for lunches to help bring the grocery bill down. The next day, a case full of steaks, chicken and seafood show up on our doorstep! God is funny.
